Parliament Fracas – Kgotla Presentation Nov 6, 2015 | Politics | 4 comments A Talk by Advocate Paul Hoffman presented at The Kgotla 4 Comments Mark Kirby on 7 November 2015 at 12:10 pm I found this very informative and eye opening Log in to Reply Alex Anderson on 5 February 2016 at 11:00 am The obstinacy of Zuma has been broken. Unprecedented, given the extensive debates in protest against the costs incurred for Inkandla. The EFF will now proceed to exploit Zuma’s vulnerability as a further means of emphasising dysfunctionality and violations of the Constitution. The opinions of the public protector now comes to the fore, whose authority will form the basis of quantifying the amount of money that is to be paid back. Zuma is obviously very concerned about the prospect of this matter going to the Constitutional Court. This is the reason for his decision. Ultimately, it is clear that we are now preparing the ground for the advent of a new president for South Africa. Log in to Reply Mark Kirby on 5 February 2016 at 6:04 pm This has been a very interesting week starting 1/02/2016 with Zuma agreeing to pay back the money, the EFF not accepting the proposal. Zuma has lost his teeth. He lost it when he “fired” Nene and now is proving to be an embarrassment not only to the ANA but also the government and country. I feel that his days are numbered before he is either fired or resigns. Interesting times Log in to Reply Daniel Simango on 1 July 2016 at 4:38 pm Very interesting topic. Very enlightening.
